Wild Pumpkin & Nettle Pesto

Nettle pesto has a more vegetal flavour than basil pesto. Think of it as something you can use as a dip or spread in larger amounts than traditional pesto; we love it on our home made pizzas or on top of a slice of toast with tomatoes!
